The rights of withdrawal / return of the product(s)

THE UNILATERAL REDUCTION AND RETURN OF THE PRODUCT(S)

To return your product, you should send your product by courier to MISS MARY A LITTLE S.R.L., Bucharest, 1st district, Trifesti street, no. 5A. Please note that shipping costs and any duties or fees are not refundable.

You will not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, in returning your item, if the product(s) does not comply with the specifications on the website or if the product(s) was/ were incorrect. But, if the products are all right, and you just want to return it back, you will bear the costs of returning the product(s).

The customer reserves the right to waive the purchase of the product(s) on the basis of a written notice, sent to the following email address: order@missmaryalittle.com, together with the receipt or proof of purchase, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product(s). If this deadline is respected, the consumer is not the subject to any penalties, but will bear the costs of returning the product(s).

The product(s) that you order from www.missmaryalittle.com will only be accepted as a return, if they are in the original packaging and they have not suffered further modifications.
